Statistics, marketing and form-protection cookies are set only after you have given consent in our cookie banner. Marketing cookies are not loaded at all if you decline. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer, and delete or block cookies in your browser.

5. Marketing

If you consent, we use the Meta pixel from Meta Platforms Ireland Limited to measure the effect of our advertising on Facebook and Instagram and to be able to show relevant marketing. The pixel records, among other things, your IP address, information about your device and browser, and how you interact with the website, and transfers this to Meta. As regards the collection and transfer to Meta, Gobrilla and Meta are joint controllers. Meta subsequently processes the data as an independent controller in accordance with Meta’s own policy. The pixel is never activated without your consent, and you can withdraw it at any time via Cookie settings. If you opt out of marketing cookies, the pixel is not loaded.

We may also have partnerships in which we measure the number of clicks on an advertisement or banner.

6. Who receives the data

We never sell your data. To run the website we engage providers that process data on our behalf, including for web hosting and operation, email sending, the newsletter and visitor statistics. All are bound by data processing agreements. Meta, unlike these, is a joint controller with us under Section 5.

To collect and document your cookie consent we use Cookiebot, a service from Usercentrics A/S within the EU. Cookiebot only processes what is needed to store and be able to demonstrate your consent choice, not for statistics or marketing.

Newsletter sending, visitor statistics and marketing via Meta mean that some data is processed in the USA. For these transfers we apply the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses, where applicable combined with the recipient being certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. You can request a copy of the safeguards via dpo@favvos.com.

7. How long we retain data

Access data from your visit is deleted when your browser session ends. Form enquiries are stored for as long as needed to handle your enquiry. A newsletter subscription is stored until you unsubscribe. Statistics and marketing cookies have a limited lifespan according to each service’s settings and cease if you withdraw your consent.

8. Your rights

You have the right to request access to your data, rectification, erasure and restriction, to object to processing based on legitimate interest, and to withdraw a consent you have given. Contact us at dpo@favvos.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection.

9. Changes

We update this policy when legislation changes or as the website develops. The version published from time to time at favvos.com applies.
