Common questions

Can we connect Favvos to our membership register?

This is actually one of our unique selling points. It does not matter if it is the member who performs the voluntary task or someone’s mother, father, grandmother, grandfather or siblings. Anyone can perform volunteer tasks for a member, which is compiled in the statistics. It only takes a few seconds for the administrator to produce correct annual statistics for the follow-up of performed volunteer jobs per member

How do we create an event in Favvos?

It's simple. Book a demo with us for an overview of the platform. You will then discover that Favvos is very user-friendly and stripped down to facilitate event planning. You choose how much you want to customize and how many time slots and functions should be included. With Favvos, you make it easy for the volunteers to register or to approve assigned volunteer tasks.

Is it easy to make changes to an event we've already posted?

You can make changes to upcoming events at any time. You can also choose to temporarily close official registrations for an event while you are making the changes.

How can we see the number of volunteers applied and who are registered?

You will always find updated information about how many officials have registered and their names on the event page. When a volunteer signs up for a full work shift, the volunteer is asked to choose another work shift.

Can you send an email directly to the officials via Favvos?

Send emails directly to all volunteers via Favvos. Choose whether you want to email everyone who is registered for an event, time slot or a specific function. It is also possible to create your own email groups based on your volunteer database.

How do you move officials from one mission to another?

Click on the three little dots to the right of the volunteer’s name in the event list. Only the administrator can move volunteers to new assignments.

Can Favvos help us reduce food waste at competitions and other events?

By using the function for meals where the volunteer states whether they want to eat or not during the event, it becomes easier to plan food purchases. Better for the environment and better for the organization’s finances.

Can we have our own logotype and picture on the Favvos page?

It works great. Send us your logo and image and we'll arrange it. Keep in mind that not all images adapt to responsive format (mobile phone).
