How many hours can we save by using Favvos volunteer platform?
According to calculations, you save around 100 administration hours per year by using the Favvos platform. This calculation is based on five events per year and it includes everything from planning, staffing and summaries. The platform could also be used for everything from cleaning days, education, competitions and large-scale arena events.
Can the platform show which certificates and qualifications each individual volunteer holds?
Your organization creates their own list of certificates and merits that are relevant for your volunteers. The volunteers state in their profile which courses they have completed and in which year the training was completed. The volunteers can also inform about their qualifications and merits when applying for a specific event.
Can we get statistics on how many volunteer duties a member has performed during a selected period?
It only takes a few seconds to get a list of the number of volunteer tasks that a member has performed. The best thing about Favvos is that it does not matter if it is parents, grandparents, siblings or the member who has carried out the voluntary assignment. The correct number of completed assignments is always displayed for each individual member. And the administrator can always choose which time period the statistics should show.
How does the platform handle if we bring in volunteers from other organizations?
There are many organizations that help each other with volunteer staffing. In Favvos either you send the registration link to partner clubs so that their volunteers can register and inform to which club they belong in the registration form. Another option is that the other clubs send an excel file with names of the volunteers, email addresses, etc. that you easily upload under "Mass applications" in Favvos. Favvos automatically saves all data in the platform.
Can volunteers cancel assignments without contacting the administrator?
Yes, if the administrator chooses this as an extra option, otherwise the volunteer must contact the administrator when canceling volunteer jobs. The administrator can choose how many days before the event to allow self-cancellation.
