Join Favvos' popular customer webinar
We have something big on the way at Favvos! We have been hard at work over the summer, and soon it will be time to show you what we have created. This autumn, we are inviting our customers to an exclusive webinar where we will walk through several exciting new features and improvements to the Favvos volunteer management system. The webinar is for our existing customers only. Full details, along with the invitation and registration, have been sent out via our newsletter. Cannot find the newsletter in your inbox? What we will be showing at the webinar Two new features stand out in particular: The Favvos mobile app – a new app for volunteers that makes it easier to take on a volunteer role before, during, and after an event, including chat, a QR code for smooth check-in, and push notifications. Automatically created volunteer accounts via the member register – a completely optional feature that means less administration and an easier way to get more volunteers straight into the system. On top of this, we have made a range of smaller improvements that we will also show during the webinar, along with tips on how to get the most out of Favvos.

Smarter member page
We’re constantly working to make your day-to-day work as smooth as possible. That’s why we’ve just given the Member Page and Groups a major upgrade! Here are the biggest improvements to help you stay on top of everything: 1. Better insights into member statistics and assignments It’s now easier than ever to see exactly who has contributed. We’ve added new options that show how many assignments are linked to each individual member. The statistics include all assignments connected to the member, regardless of whether they were completed by the member, a parent, a sibling, or someone else on their behalf. This provides your board and planning team with fast, valuable insights to support better planning and decision-making. Smarter filtering on the member page We've introduced powerful new filters to help you find exactly what you're looking for—faster. You can now filter by: A member's specific affiliation (such as team, group, or section). Registration status for specific events (available for events where Member Linking has been enabled under Optional Features). We've also expanded the sorting options, allowing you to sort members by name or affiliation.

New look for the landing page
Based on feedback from many of our customers, we've added a new text section to the landing page that you can customize yourself. It's the perfect place to highlight important information you want all volunteers to see even those who haven't logged in yet. The content displayed in this new text section is the same information that was previously shown next to the login area. Below is an example of a welcome message. Feel free to use it as inspiration and tailor it to suit your organization. Example welcome message: ” As a volunteer, you play a vital role in making our events possible and, most importantly, in creating a fantastic experience for every participant. It's thanks to people like you that we can do what we do. Below you'll find the assignments currently open for registration. Whether you're volunteering with us for the first time or you're one of our experienced volunteers, we're delighted to have you on board! Why sign up? · You'll make a real difference for both participants and the organizing team. · You'll become part of a welcoming and dedicated community. · You'll gain valuable experience and create lasting memories. · We'll make sure you have everything you need to enjoy your role. Sign up for the assignments that suit you best. You're free to choose the roles and times that fit your schedule. The more volunteers who sign up, the better we can plan and deliver a successful event. Thank you for giving your time, it means more than you know!” How to update the text: 1. Log in as an Administrator and select Texts from the left-hand menu. 2. Choose Text Before Login and enter your message. You can also attach documents and add links. 3. Click Save.
